The Southshore Experience

As most of you know, we've been taking little vacations around our home town. This last one was our usual visit to the south shores of Nova Scotia. Call me bias, but I happen to think that Nova Scotia is one of the most beautiful places to live and just taking a drive with the family around our little province proves that. It was a rare visit in which we had all 6 kids with us. Since Tiffani lives on her own, it isn't often that we have her accompany us. The shot of the 3 churches is found on many postcards purchase by tourists. There are many quaint old buildings and homes in the southshore area and tourists just love coming here for that "old world" charm. While out, Angus decided he needed a "spot" of tea. Notice the curled pinky, lol! Along with visiting the area, we also

visitied with Darren's parents in Bridgewater. The children had a lot of fun, especially the 4 older ones. Their grandfather or grampy gave them their 1st driving lessons in the old citation. Since they own 5 acres, there was plenty of room for them to drive around. As well as driving lessons, we pickedblackberries and tramped around the property.
To top off such a great day was a beautiful Nova Scotia sunset!
